原因分析

网络访问被墙无法下载go-cmd包源码



解决方案

使用PowerShell输入 $env:GOPROXY = "https://goproxy.io" 这一步是通过Go Module设置GOPROXY代理下载被墙的源码包，当然只支持Go 1.11版本及以上。
